• All deposits and fees due at move in

Cats

• $300.00 Refundable Deposit
• $200.00 Non Refundable Fee
• Indoor cats only please

Dogs   - Only allowed in building "B"

• $200.00 Refundable Deposit 
• $300.00 Non Refundable Fee 
• Up to 25 pounds, requires pet interview
• Breed restictions apply.

Other

• Fish Tanks and aquariums permitted
• Birds - Must be caged. Maximum of two.  Deposit required.
• Other Caged Animals, please inquire. Deposits and fees may apply
• No ferrets please!
